On July's 24th, @PanguTeam announced their Jailbreak for iOS 9.x. Few hours after, PP25Assistant released a Chinese tool for Windows able to achieve a full iOS 9.x Jailbreak.

This is an optional step which allows the jailbreak to run automatically when your device is booted. This means that you won't have to re-jailbreak through rerunning the kok3shi9 app after your device is turned off.

PanGu Jailbreak was released as a Desktop application for Windows and Mac with support for iOS 9.0 to iOS 9.1 and as an IPA package with support for iOS 9.2 – iOS 9.3.3.
